A/B/Y LED

I am pretty new to building pedals and electronics and I built an A/B/Y pedal with this schematic. However I want to add 3 leds, one for a, b , and y, and a dc jack. I don't know how to do this and was wondering if it was possible at add these things to this current schematic.
