Unfortunately, I don't seem to have any other pot values in my component box right now, and am trying to wire up a simple Marshall tonestack....is there any way I can tweak around the other components (caps and resistor) to get it right? Or do something to the pots themselves? (read something about wiring a resistor equal to the pot value across lug 1 and 3 to halve the potentiometer value, I guess that'd work to help me get a 47k from the 100k, but what about the other two?)

Maybe this is helpfull.
Lowering the values off the pots = upscaling the values off the caps to get the same frequencyresponse.
