I see +/-14V followed by 470 ohm resistors to +/-13V.

The all-dark up and down arrows show +/-14V connections elsewhere in the circuit, and the open up and down triangles show +/-13V connections elsewhere in the circuit.

Ground is shown by what is usually used as a chassis ground symbol.

Maybe other schematics show this as +/-15 and +/-14.  Either way the lower of the two would go to the sensitive signal stuff and the higher one would be a "dirty" supply for clock and LFO stuff.

If you intend to use this with guitar it would be a good idea to put a high-impedance buffer on the input.

Your right it's not +/-15 v, isn't the high low switch for the impedance. Also a bipolar supply is needed that will support its power and current draw

The high/low switch is for Line/Mic signal levels.  The 50k pot is a little bit low for guitar.

Looks like you wouldn't need to add a buffer in front though if you changed the 50k pot to 500k or 1 Meg.

Ye 500k should do it. As for the power, I could build a bipolar supply off the top of my head but the 1 I know I think allows 100mA max which might not be enough.
