Ibanez PC10 Prime Dual Chorus Biasing

All I have is the schematic, can't find anything more in depth. Anyone know how to bias these things? It seems to work somewhat properly for a little bit, then after about 30 seconds the sound gets really distorted, like the signal is overloading a component somewhere and the sound stays like that. I figured if I could at least make sure it's set up properly then I could go from there on future troubleshooting to get this thing working properly.

(side note, I think this is my first post here, so I apologize if I posted in the wrong section. Just let me know, and I'll redo it and move it!)

Maybe it's the filter caps??? If it's really old, suspect the electrolytic capacitors.
