Hi,
this is the link to GGG http://www.generalguitargadgets.com/effects-projects/phase-shifters/mxr-phase-90-script-logo/
and this is my pdf http://sdvpedali.altervista.org/DIY/polarizzazione.pdf.
The main problem is the 5.1 Zener it should give you 5 volts for each voltage but i think it could change the voltage accross 4-6V and so you have to adjust the trimmer.
I have changed the zener with a 4.7V and a 5.6V and the last one was good for me and I solved the problem turning the trimmer and listening what was happening and i found the voltages in my pdf.
Now i have substitute the 5.1V zener with a 12k Ohm resistor and all my voltages are the same of the document of ggg and all is working good but this circuit works good ONLY with 9V stable power input so it is good with a power supply or new battery.

stuznu, I went that link and it said non! as well. it redirects to:

http://hl.altervista.org/split.php?http://sdvpedali.altervista.org/DIY/polarizzazione.pdf

when you get sent to that address, simply highlight and then delete everything between the first "http" and the "?", inclusive, in the address bar, then hit enter.

rebel, the voltage jumps from the 2 low volt zeners to the 5V6 suggest you may have had a wiring problem that only cleared when the 5V6 went in. something was dragging the voltage down. but it works now, that's the important thing.
