Blackstar Dual HT Boost box DIY

Hello all! I am learning to play and fancied making the BS box because it looks great! (Poser).
So I have, sort of.
The valve bit was easy.
The +-15v as shown on schematics on the web doesn't work (I didn't think it would).
If stay with the 22vDC supply then I Can't get +-15 out of that without a doubler or a buck reg.
Anybody got the right drawing (of this bit only).
I will post pics when done.
