easy vibe problems

My John Hollis easy vibe has been lying in a drawer for some time. It used to work like a charm, but now it is behaving weird

The vibrato mode is not doing anything - only passes clean signal

When in vibe-mode, the lfo seems to be working, but instead of just vibingor phasing, the volume goes up and down? from completely silent, to full on?

All of the ldr´s are blinking just as they should? Any hints?

We're going to need voltages....the only other thing I could suggest is to 'chopstick' in there a little, see if you have any loose wiring.   That happened to mine, just over time.   

Sounds like you have a start, knowing the LEDs are ramping...so begin with the opamps, see if they are at operating voltage and outputting anything...
