Question for builders of G. Forrest Cook / Gaussmarkov Spring Reverb

Pretty close to done with this. Question for those of you who have built it, does Reverb level control amount of reverb, or wet/dry blend?
Hoping I can get 100% wet mix (no dry signal) from this for using on the auxiliary send of a mixer

It only adjusts wet level, which is how most guitar amp reverb controls work.  If you want 100% wet, simply lift one end of R5.
