Old Fender Fuzz Wah Help

Hello all,

I'm trying to repair an old Fender Fuzz-Wah. It has a decent sounding fuzz that is fun to play, but the side-to-side fuzz control does nothing. The wah just controls volume. I looked at the geofex site about troubleshooting a wah:

but I can't find the capacitor (Cbp) that he refers to in this schematic:

Any ideas?

it's a bit hard to read, but it looks like the C13 electro hanging off Q4 C is yer man.
