Peppermint Fuzz style on/off pot...

I want to make some fuzz pedals with a battery on/off toggle, but remembered that the Analogman Peppermint has an on/off pot that clicks off, disconnecting the battery when fully counter-clockwise, but what type of pot are they?

I've found a standard 16mm alpha pot with a spst switch that looks like this:

So is that the type to look for? There's not much info on the page as to how it works. And if so, I assume the bottom two lugs are wired up between the battery and the circuit and that it clicks fully counterclockwise?

I believe its from the US Alpha company not the Taiwan Alpha company.
