Weird switch popping (I don't think this is the common issue).

I have a couple of pedals that are wired for true bypass with a grounded input. If I have them chained together and use them individually, the amount of switch pop is negligible. But if one of the pedals is engaged and I turn another one on, big time switch pop. Doesn't matter which pedal or the order, it still happens. The switches are PCB mounted if that makes a difference, any ideas and or guidance would be greatly appreciated.

What I would do is try to find out why you're getting DC on your switch. Seems like at least ONE of your pedals is probably leaking DC - if this is something that is repeatable, it will do it every time you cycle the switch---unplug the pedal that pops and measure for DC on the cable at the input, then the output cable. 

Most likely culprit, off the cuff: one of your pedals has a bad cap allowing bias voltage to travel between pedals.  And/or the switch is miswired, always a possibility (possible sort to LED lug?).     Place to start looking, anyway! 

BTW, if the 'pedal that's on' is a distortion or booster, any pop present will be amplified by it, just something else to consider....but for the little time to check for DC, I'd go ahead and take a look-see...

Thank you sir! So would this be as easy as putting a multimeter on the switch lugs and see if one is getting current?
