Rehoused Line 6 Echo Park/Noise issue - Dock PCB issue?

I rehoused my Echo Park. I should have taken a picture before something went wrong. It worked fine but after I unplugged the cables to move it around, I got a loud buzzing that continues to persist, even after removing the guts out and checking connections.

I get a loud buzz/hum, even if I do not have the Input jack plugged in (pedal isn't powered at that point). If I have the DC power hooked up and the output jack connected, the buzzing is there. If I plug in the Input jack, same thing. No sound passes through. All the solder connections seem good.

I'm measuring 2v DC at the Tip of the Output jacks - is that normal?

I mistakenly had the polarity of the power supply reversed when I first wired the DC jack up - I desoldered the stock jack to add a barrel jack for use with the new enclosure.

I'm guessing that could have damaged something but once I wired the jack correctly, the pedal worked fine. The issue started to occur later.

Any debugging tips?

Here are some gut shots.

Are you sure the new chassis is heavy enough? I understand it needs to weigh at least 2lbs for optimum signal integrity.   :icon_mrgreen:
