TS808 Help with PCB design in 1590B - The original with momentary switch -

Hello All  ,

I decided to build an all original TS808 NOT True Bypass, basically the original one to the last detail, Becuase the buffer would come in handy when the overdrive is off. Im having difficulties designing the PCB And Im looking for help.


The originallity has the following details because I a friend kinda had the semiconductors devices from the original:

- The original 2SC1815 transistors,

- Currently Im trying to make the PCB to fit a Hammond 1590B with heavy duty momentary switch,

- The 2SK30A switching FETs,

- Put the right capacitor material in the place according to the original.

- The JRC4550D as the opamp.

Hello All,

After a lot of patience and a steep Eagle Cad remembering the result is this.

The TS808 with the orginal transistors, ICs and capacitor material in the right place.
