Tube Screamer drive do nothing

I recently made a Tube Screamer Clone everything works fine expect Drive (nothing happen when i turn drive nob clock or anti clock wise).
Little distortion is always on.
Here is the Diagram of my circuit.
Please help me.

Tell us something more about your schematic, and more details.
- Did you copy the schematic somewhere? Did you have added some mods?
- It is you first pedal?
- What kind of board are you using (stripboard, PCB...)?

No this is my 4th pedal i had made Big Muff Pi etc.
I am using strip board.
