Sorry about all the info :P
Should be stable and boxed soon. Just need some validation!

I've been working on this one for a little while now. I wanted to fit this into a Hammond 1590BB enclosure with less of a wiring mess so I designed a pcb layout based off of common Meatball workalike schematics. Switches including the stomp switch are all mounted onto the board and it was easier on myself to just wire the 6 pots (less trace work) also no stand-up components.

No mods yet, fx loop is bypassed because the switching jack I had on hand is crap. I was hesitating presenting this to the forum unless I've confirmed it myself and perhaps made another pcb with mounted pots to share the transfer with you fine folks. Maybe I will soon  :D

Anyways I was hoping people familiar with this design would tell me how the sound is. I've put in 2 green diffused 5mm LEDs for the trigger which saves a chunk of change and more genuine to the original as well.

Two videos; second one cuts out for a moment due to a bad ground connection on the fx send jack and I got myself lost messing with the filter as you may see. Too lazy to fix it at the moment lol. Didn't do anything experimental (a bugger to dial in) so I apologize for my bland playing.
"Mostly for sound demo. Lighting is bad because it's not boxed yet and the LED trigger is sensitive so I had to demonstrate in low light. Also still trying to straighten out the camera. Frame rate is crap."

Umm the dimming LED is the external trigger LED. Silly question? lol

If I remember correctly I used type GL5528 which I have oh so many on hand.

Okay at the very least I'd like people who heard the clips say if it sounds right or not.

To me it sounds just like the original. But subtleties slip by me at times.

Thanks guys! I'm satisfied so far.

Here's a little goof-around before I head to work for the day. Got it boxed! Fixed the return switching jack so now I can throw something special in the mix (SD1 in this case) with some analog echo afterwards. The finish is red hammered on black hammered. 1st time mixing paints like that. It almost looks like a beefy metal encosure due to the red turning kind of brown. It's cool haha.

EDIT; forgot to add - I read a page about making wedge enclosures. I also did what I could to make this one wedged as similar to the original. I'll post some decent pictures when I can! Still a 1590BB I just thought this way I was less likely to knock the controls around when activating the effect.

Took me a bit to get that one lol. 20 years before my time.

I'm happy I can do that dani california thing without faking it with a wah. Very excited to try this baby with a bass! Gonna be a very funky weekend.

When the colour control is cranked I get this nasty feedback sound creeping in. I wonder if the colour mod will fix this. Connecting lug 2 and 3 I believe. Or is it 1 and 2? I'll report back here with the results.
