MXR Phase 90 not phasing

I have a MXR Phase 90 that doesn't phase. When I touch the transistors 2n5952 (q2 - q5) I get phasing.
What could this mean? Simply changing the  transiators?

Sounds like something is not making proper contact somewhere.

Did you build it or is it a commercial pedal?

It's commercial. I checked everything with magnifying glass.

If it "phases" when you touch the FETs, it means the FETs and phase inverters work.
Maybe either the LFO voltage is out of range (bias) or LFO is dead (it might be just the potentiometer...)
