I wanna try to make this fuzz pedal

Biggest problem is that I can't buy MPSA18
I have other parts.
Stores don't sell anymore MPSA18 transistor.
So I need to find another transitor that works for this project.
Also It would be very good if the fuzz tone remains the same as in video.

I've heard that a good replacement would be a 2N5088. Very easy to find.

Try with others NPN Darlington Transistors. I think it will work.

Perhaps you can make your own Darlington with a pair of bog standard NPNs. Try Googling "Darlington Pair", theres lots of info about how to go about it.
