dots. when I used to do pencil and paper (for vero), I'd end up doing circuit sections all over the squared paper. so, I'd draw dots to show how far I had/could go/was limited to, space-wise. and the page ended up a real mess, nearly see-thu from the erasings (made worse by the use of coloured pencils), and still with only the barest of visible marks on the page.

so I'd be inclined (me, myself, personally) to draw the dots of the BB connections, if I was to squared paper it.
