Recommend me a good EQ schematic to use as an amp EQ pedal?

Hey all

I have a Fender Excelsior which is brilliant and instead of the adding a tone knob mod I'm planning to just run a good EQ pedal in front of it.  What are some good suggestions for an EQ that will be work well as an amp EQ?  By all reports the Barber Barb EQ seems to have good results but I can't find a schematic to work off.  Happy to hear all options.

Are you looking for parametric or graphic?

ROG's Tonebender is a solid choice.

Probably graphic.  Don't need anything too in depth.  Even just bass, mid, treble like the Tonemender which looks like a good option.

At the moment I'm planning the 3-band and 5-band EQ verobord layout on Sabrotone.
But I never tried it.
