Has anyone had issues with DorkBot/OSH?

I submitted a known working board to DorkBot/OSH for fabrication and the circuit is not working at all. The same circuit was previously submitted to ExpressPCB without issue so I'm wondering if it's possible the Gerber files were somehow corrupted during generation or in transit? Has anyone experienced a similar issue? Thanks.
