Univox U-45B: atlas oil .002 (M) DEATH capacitor?

Thanks R.G. for your time, I appreciate your answer and I really mean it.
I will not keep or replace  the death cap, I will totally remove it. Anyway I didn't mind for a little bit of hum all the time I was using this amp. I will install properly at three-wire AC cord and attach it to the chassis according to your instructions. Later on, I will try to find some expert for the rest of the tests.
