Hi guys, i have no experience in making pedals but i always wanted an overdrive that allowed me to mix in also my clean sound, i never seen one online or in a shop, how hard would it be to modify a distortion into that? Anyone did it before? Thanks!

As hard as is to get a potentiometer (or two resistors, if you want fixed wet/dry ratio ..)

OK.. not so simple, but that;s the general idea...

(you'll have to take in mind possible out of phase mixing signals, lowering impedance issues, e.t.c.)

Ya, vl sparkle. doesn't a tubescreamer do it too? or at least maybe it's easy to modify it to do that. I like the idea too, as evidenced by my recent build found in this thread  :)

Klon centaur: gain control is actually a dual pot that blends out the clean signal whilst increasing gain of the dirty signal.

A Klon IS a tubescreamer!  ;D

^ all distortion comes from a crappy amp turned up louder than the beer, so no need to split hairs ;)

Mine does, one of first things I did when I started building pedals - aka design a TS esque with a nice blend (because I've wanted dist boxes with blends for decades). Commercially T-Rex Moller has it too and Visual Sound is now adding blends.
