Where to buy VTL5C4/2 Vactrols LED/LDR unit?

I building a uni-vibe and it requires an exact VTL5C4/2 Vactrols LED/LDR unit but I can't find anywhere that sells one. Anyone know?

I've seen a thread here about rolling your own... but I'm cautious.

Small Bear has ones they recommend specifically for Univibes.

I checked small bear. It wasn't a "/2" which is important because I need a unit with 5 legs not 4. (one led controlling 2 ldrs wiht a common leg)  unfortunately.

mmmh, seems like that source has dried up in the meantime also... Does anyone know where I can find some VTL5C4/2 ?

Newark site says no longer manufactured so could prove to be a bit of a challenge.

One would think that there would be info on "end of life" of these components on the manufacturers website. No mention!
