MXR Original Blue Box build, couple questions...

Hey guys,
I'm doing another replica MXR build, this time with the Blue Box.  I have the board already built using the layout from Pigeon FX and populated, but there is a 30nf (I think) ceramic cap at the very bottom to the left of the diode.  See below (not my picture):



The layout didn't account for the second hole between both resistors, but the left side hole is there.  What I did was just solder the right side to the leg of the first resistor, assuming that if it's in that same path that should be ok.  Can anyone confirm if this is the right thing to do?  I haven't wired up the pedal yet so I haven't tested anything. 


EDIT: I just realized in this traceout, the hole is there... i think what I did was probably fine...
