Don't worry about it, Gio - the pedal looks great!!!    If the person who bought it speaks English, they will just think it is your Portuguese way to say 'sensitivity'.  It makes it more custom.

It is the same thing if I try to write "I want to drink a nice cold BAZIADO".    Is that correct??   Ha ha.    Good work!

Water sandpaper is "wet or dry sandpaper"....using it with water you would say "wet sanding"...

Gio!

Your english is a bit strange but totally understandable. In fact I think it's more expressive and interesting your way. So, thank you for sharing this information with us, even though english is not your native language. Keep posting!

And "dog balls on your face", I'm not sure what that is about, but I will definitely use that phrase sometime soon! It's a good one!

Cheers!

QuoteBut take care with the dog balls on your face... I the dogs normally don't like when someone do a thing with their balls, i think .....  .....  i will send you a video when i do my next building.

sage advise indeed, and I can't wait to see that video. it will be the dogs bollocks, as DA (the other) would say.

I second this.
" I will say no more "

Great tutorial! It's a breakthrough!

I experimented with uv curing paint for a while - single component version.
It worked well on bare aluminum, but not on paint. It just dissolved it, regardless of the type. You don't seem to have that problem, so I'd really like to get hold of what you're using.  :)

I do not trust i read it  ;D HAHAHAHAHAH

I think you not understand, Mike. In portuguese we say "lixa d'agua" for a kind of very soft sandpaper, i not wet it, i use it dry, but the name in portuguese is something like "water's sandpaper", sounds like this sandpaper was made by water. You got it?  :D :D Weird, i know.  :P

Thank you, i think  :icon_eek:

I am sorry for my English, it is because i spend the most time of my time talking to Duck, and his English is really weird. Hahaha

QuoteIt just dissolved it, regardless of the type.

Pettol, seems you had not enough time exposing it on the UV light, try all the 45 minutes and see the results  ;D ;D
That's all, Folks!

No, I meant the UV-paint dissolved/destroyed all types of paint under it. That would be the black background in your case.
So I cannot recommend people trying the single component type.  :(

Pettol,
what kind of paint was already on your enclosure?

Usually the photosensitive paint is PU, could you confirm that's the type of photosensitive paint you used for your test?
edit: I've just read that, seems this paint from ebay is not good at all unless you avoid oxygen exposure

Do you have a picture of this enclosure please?

By the way, thanks a lot for this technique Giovanni!

I tried on acrylic and powder coated. And I used this (old link): http://m.ebay.com/itm/190655178895?_mwBanner=1

I am really eager to try that two component stuff. :)

I`ll definitely try this for a faceplate. It can save a lot of money there...

And finally, white text and grahics! This is what I've been waiting/searching for.

And you can do quite high detail (but like I said for me it worked only on bare aluminum).
