I was wondering if anyone has the Millenium 2 PCB layout in PDF/Adobe Illustrator/Autocad format (any vectorbased format is OK). I tried recreating it in Illustrator, but the size was not correct.

Thanks!

I think most people who have made a millennium board have just drawn it free-hand - rather than go to the hassle of using press'n'peel and ironing the pattern on!

This is my first millenium board:

While neither tiny or tidy, it performs its job, and was incredibly easy to draw.

RG has made a much smaller millenium board -

although since the layout on this board is reversed compared to my attempt, i think it may be reasonable to assume that this is an iron-on solution - although i believe it could still be done freehand with an appropriate pen and a ruler (i simply use a pen used for writing on acetate transparencies for projectors!)

Well, I'm not going to use "Press-'N-Peel", since I don't have a laser printer. But I bought some inktjet transparencies today, together with a blank PCB and some chemicals and I have a few blank spots left on the board that I could use for a very small circuit like the Millenium 2.

The problem with the layout that RB has on a gif is that there isn't any reference to distances, like a line that I can be 100% certain of is 1 inch or something.
