Help with Ibanez cs9 true bypass!

Hello everyone!
I'm trying to mod a friend's Ibanez cs9 chorus for true bypass.

I've seen it done on other pedals, but I can't understand how to "disable" the flip flop switching and have the signal from the input buffer always going through the effect.
I believe the switching in this one is done with BJTs labelled "603". Here's a pic of the board and where I think the switching is happening.

Any help would be really aprecciated.

Jumper Q105 D to S. Pay no attention to LED.

Jumper Q107 Base to ground. LED is always-on.

Yes eventually I took a guess and did the first. I was going to put the led on the 3DPT but then I realised the pedal has two outputs(for stereo) so I'd have to use extra contacts to send signal to both and maybe use a millenium board for the led. Then I realised that true bypass with two output jacks would mean weakening the signal.... problems!
