Aion Helios RAT - No Signal (basically)

Oh yeah. I can't believe I forgot to mention that. I did actually notice that my RAT pcb doesn't match. I think there was a small discrepency in one of the big muff or Centaur too but I can check.

Okay. Thought it was polar because I noticed a worn plus sign on one side. The text is a particularly hard to read color though.

Replaced C4 and everything, no signal on C3 anymore. I thought it was probably because of the shorted C4. But still problems. My best bet is probably to wait for desoldering braid and refill the thing..

On a bit of a sidenote, does anyone know an easy circuit I could test the LM308 on to make sure its ok?

This is about a easy as it gets . Voltages on pins 2, 3 and 6 should all be about 4.5 volts, pin 3 might read a little lower depending on your multi meter. Play something through it and the output should sound near identical to the input. Exact cap and resistor values aren't important, for testing with guitar 100k or bigger resistors and what ever caps you have that are bigger than 10n or so will work fine.

My LM308 seems to work in that config. Accidentally posted it didn't but I one of my resistors was 0.7/8M. Changed it and it worked.
