So I had this overdrive pcb all put together when I realized one of my caps was in backwards so naturally I got my desolder pump and braided wire to take the cap off. The lug eyelets came right off with in seconds and this wasn't a piece I had worked and reworked a hundred times or exposed to prolonged heat. Is there any way I can fix this or am I just f*!*$d?

I assume you mean the pads/holes for the through hole cap. If it is an etched board or doesn't have a mask over the traces,  you likely can still use the same PCB and holes. Use a cut off piece of resistor lead to wrap around the leads of the cap and then lay the cut off lead on the trace and solder it down. Otherwise, you can do the same thing but take pieces of wire to the leads of the cap and then to the other end of the trace the cap should go to. You can solder to the component on the other end of the trace.

Floor-mat at the front entrance to my former place of employment. Oh... the irony.
