stupid led question

Try sketching it out with actual 4-lead RGB LEDs, and I think you'll see the problem, Russ.  None of the LEDs have a common cathode or common anode in your schematic.

I did the same thing in the first schematic (now replaced) I drew up as well.

Edit: I see you've got it now too.  :icon_smile:

but i'm using common anode ones. i know, same dif ;) just depends where ya put the resistor. with the common annode, it's easy, ya just need one resistor per led. maybe one for a pair. i will breadboard it and find out just to be sure
