More volume from Demeter Compulator?

I read TI's datasheet, and on page 11 it says: "Each amplifier is individually biased by a zener reference which allows normal circuit operation on ±6V power supplies. Supply voltages less than these may result in lower gain bandwidth and slew rate." That's why I thought that voltage is a problem. However, I will remove 10k feedback resistor at 2nd op amp and put potentiometer there, to try to adjust amplification rate.

I found a solution - at least for my single pedal: lead by pappasmurfsharem comments about adding diodes, I decided to measure voltages over diodes in my own pedal. Surprisingly, voltage between 1N4148 diodes was only a little above 1V, so I checked diodes and found that I have soldered them reverse  :-[ Vertical placing of diodes on a PCB is a great way to turn them wrong way, I found out  :icon_biggrin:

So, if you have problems with Demeter's volume, first check diode polarity, then everything else.
