How to MOD an ADA Flanger?

I am trying to add an LED to my ADA Flanger, but I have recently learned this will be harder than most pedals.  It has the hard wired AC cord so keeping it from popping while switching is also a must.

Visually, this is what I have now, but it's not wired in yet:

Can any one give a push in the right direction on this one?

Man, considering how much those things sell for, I'd be afraid to do anything to it.

I know analogman has done this at least once in the past, and I have found several spots online where people mention it being "professionally done".  Not being able to see if the pedal is engaged in the live environment is dangerous.  I'm willing to risk it.

I think you may have to try a few different things until you get to work exactly the way you want (or, just send it to Mike). Anyway... for starters, I think you want to find the +15V trace on the PCB and power the LED from there... At least, that would be my initial approach. I can't tell you exactly what you will need to do to prevent popping when switching. But here's some info with options for you to try...
