Need help with my 301 Flanger build

Testing my 301 Flanger I built using the layout at Tonepad.
All I'm getting is the clean signal ............ but inverted? (Thank God for oscioscops.)

Any ideas?

Q106......2N5087 and 2N5088 or not the same thing!  Stupid!

Does this mean it is working then? I have one at home and might be able to take some measurements if needed. Pretty busy here lately though.
