Purpose of resistor in this wah circuit.

I presume the resistor R18, in conjunction with R13, sets the gain of the op amp. (U2A) Does changing this resistor also affect the frequency response of the wah?

Correct R18 sets the gain of U2A in conjunction with R13. Yes the frequency response of the stage U2A will change if the value of R18 is changed. How much depends on how much the value is changed.

I am unable to sim it but it sounds like lowering the value of R18 lowers the Q? (As well as lowering gain.)
