I'm looking for a tube spring reverb project, and I found The Wave from Mod Electronics. It use three 12AX7 and one 12AT7 tubes and recommend the Hammond 290WEX transformer. The problem is that transformer secondary ratings are 6.6V 1.05A so it isn't enough for power the four tubes. Right? 4x300mA is 1,2A.

It is correct?

Yeah, it's 1 Watt over on the heater winding (before we notice the pilot light!) but maybe 5 Watts under on the high voltage winding (the 12AT7 is much smaller than the 6F6 this PT was aimed at). And Hammond's old-school parts are known to be conservative.
