UK pedal parts

Where do people in the UK get their components from?

I used get all my stuff from Dr Tweek but he's stopped selling and my hoard of components is running low. I've looked at Farnel, RS and on Amazon some they seem pretty expensive in comparison.

Does anyone know if there's anyone else that specialises in pedal parts?

I'd be very happy to recommend Bitsbox - they even stocked in components they didn't have when I asked them, which is fantastic, and they deliver everything really quickly.

I'd put in a shout for Rapid too. They're not specifically pedal parts, but they've got plenty of stuff, good prices, and they deliver fast.

Bitsbox are a very good business. Neatest packaging I have seen.

Rapid are good, but range of parts for us is incomplete and sometimes illogical. Like splined shaft Alpha pots with shafts too long for any knob I know of or would want to use. They have also started minimum quantities (5 or 10) for many parts. Not a problem if you do a lot of builds. Carriage free over £30, but note that is £30 ex VAT!

interesting - some of their pots are listed as having a 16mm diameter shaft, 6mm long. find a knob to fit that. a 20mm long splined B taper pot - I could find uses for those.
