Hey!
Beginner here and I just built my first pedal. I used Ge AC127 transistors using the schematic in the picture. The sound is pretty rough when the fuzz pot is turned all the way.

I want to put a 10k bias in the place of the 8.2k so I can alter the voltage at the Q2 collector. BUT how do I connect the bias to my pcb? Wire from terminal 1 to the collector and from 2&3 to the top row?

Thank you in advance. And sorry for the noob question.

I used to really be with it!  That is, until they changed what "it" is.  Now, I can't find it.  And, I'm scared!  --  Homer Simpson's dad

As italian guy says  :)

I personally prefers to use 5k pot and 4k7 resistor in series.
The range of 4k7 to almost 10 is the most usefull to my taste.

And please: use sockets with that Ge's!!!  ;D
To you, buffered bypass sucks tone.
To me, it sucks my balls.

Yes! It works!! Sooo much better now that I have one more variable to change.
And yes I used the sockets for the transistors ;D

Thank you!
