Unknown transistors

I have a pair of TI CII 2160 201 transistors. They are in small metal cans. Does anyone know what are they? No help from Google...

Maybe. I had no idea that such device even exists I will try it in basic self-oscillating circuit, and if it works, then the mystery is solved!
