Pharaoh octave build help needed

Hey guys I need a little help. I'm building a Pharaoh using storyboardists layout but I want to add an blendable octave up and down. Doing my research I think the EQD Bit Commander would be best but I'm a bit confused. I know the octave up is from the transformer and the octave down comes from the 4024 but I'm not exactly positive what to keep, what to get rid of. The Bit Commander layout I'm using is again storyboardists. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks!
