Hi there,

I'm looking into building a ABY pedal in my already A/B and 4 looper pedal. Looking around the in the schematics, a standalone ABY pedal uses 2 DPDT switch. But my A/B n 4 looper pedal has a 3PDT switch on it. I'm intending to use one of the looper 3PDT switch as the switcher for the Y part.
Can I still use the 3PDT switch fro the A/B section and add a DPDT switch for the Y section?
Does it work this way by just connecting the A output of the 3PDT to the one leg of the DPDT switch and the B output of the 3PDT to the bottom leg of the DPDT switch? I don't want to spoil my already built pedal and want to get the right parts for the mod.

thanks for any help.

I hope that I've made myself clear. Anyone?
