Dean Markley Overlord 3 III switching problem continued

Hey there,

Im having the same issue with a unit I purchased.  The solid state version has a TC4013BP flip flop and a CD4066 that i assume do the switching.  Their appears to be voltages getting to them, but the unit will not switch to bypass, and the LED stays illuminated.

Anybody have a schematic for this model?
