bootloader from sysex

Having an old Roland VG-88 bricked

I would like to recover the bootloader and the system that are in the 6 update firmware files Roland (V2) (SysEx.mid)
To insert them using a TL866A in the SMART 5 BOOT BLOCK MEMORY FLASH "E28F800B5B"
The chip can not be programmed directly with sysex file can you tell me the procedure to achieve this.
