Negative Power

The Schematic that I'm using to build a Pedal shows this for the power. I takes negative power and I'm wondering how to Wire that with a 9v DC jack.

You wire the DC jack just the same. Just make sure the power connections go to proper place in the circuit - whether you're bread boarding or assembling a PCB.

Keep in mind that you can't share this power supply with other pedals unless they also run positive ground.

Do something that makes this basically impossible for you to do, otherwise on some occasion in the future it *will* occur and you *will* feel like a complete nitwit.
