My DIY Hotcake clone is too bassy. Best way to roll off a bit of low end?

That's the schematic that I followed to build my Hotcake clone.

I basically built it eleven or twelve years ago and didn't end up using it until tonight, I decided to dust off a bunch of old builds and a couple of them were actually much better than I remembered.  This Hotcake being one of them.

I love the sound when the Drive and Presence controls are dimed but the low end is a bit much.  It's kind of cool because it reminds me of a cranked Marshall with a closed back 212 cabinet(sounds a lot like the guitar tone in the live version of Crossroads by Cream) but it would be nice to be able to decrease the low end so that it wouldn't be so bass-heavy, especially when I'm playing a guitar with humbuckers.

Looking at that simple circuit, what do you suppose would be the best way to lower the bass and have a more balanced tone?

If you don't wish to alter Presence low end, lower C3 value..

If you don't wish to alter Drive low end, lower C6 value..

If you don't wish to individually alter both control low end, lower C1 value..
