Modding a MXR Commande Sustain for an attack knob?

Hello all new member here with a question about how to go about modding a MXR Commande Sustain that I am currently rehousing. My question is will replacing R26 with a 10k resistor and a 220k linear pot work? The diagram I found for this mod is for a regular Dynacomp so I don't know if I'm on to something or wayyyy wrong here. Thanks in advance

Your interpretation is wrong. These collectors go to +9V. The 150K goes somewhere else. You have omitted the stuff under the emitters, which is the stuff you want to play with.
