Where on earth did I get this guy from? It's a battery clip with spring. I've found battery clips on Mouser but none with the spring. Specifically, for enclosure grounding in certain builds. I know EHX uses them sometimes, too.

Anyway have a source? Thanks.

I use these a lot. They're more finicky to fit precisely in place than the type you have, but at a 10x savings it's worth it for me. And precision isn't really necessary for this application.

Is this a good solution for enclosure grounding? I like to use an extra screw + lock washer + ground lug with hole for wire + nut to keep everything secure. Thanks to the lock washer, I can be relatively reassured that there will be a very low resistance path to the enclosure for a very long time. Maybe in ten-fifteen years I might need to buff out that area under the lock washer again and hit it with some contact cleaner.
