MXR Sustain rehousing project completed

Recently rehoused one of these Commande series pedals for a friend. Here's the pics of the process.

Looks like a serious improvement.  Did you true bypass it?  Did you remove the (I'm assuming) buffered bypass, or just set it to permanently ON?

Was converted to true bypass. Used basic mechanical bypass before it was changed out.

Right on, I thought that switch looked like it might have been a momentary.

 It's a really useful circuit, I like it much better than the Dynacomp.
There should be a layout for it. I requested it at the tagboardeffects forum (as I actually don't need another compressor myself...)
