Read section 2.1... whatever the current value is in your TS9 you will want to replace that resistor with one of a lower value.. For example: If it's 56k use a value between 40k and 50k..

YES !!!  :D it worked ! I had to change the resistor value, not the capacitor.

Try to change R127 from 56k to 68k or 82k.
