Reassembly of a Boss DD-7

Hi Folks,

I have a Boss DD-7 that was taken apart by the owner in an attempt to fix it (unsuccessfully). The unit has been passed on to me. I've had a look at it and it seems fine so it's time to put it back together.

I've got the DD-7 Service Notes however they don't show where the various washers go - there are two "half-moons", three flat and three toothed. The unit has five sockets and four knobs...hmmm...where do the various washers go?

Just found another two washers hiding in amongst some other stuff - make that four toothed (i'm assuming these are for the knobs), three flat and three half moons.

"Half-moon washers"... Do you mean circlips (AKA c-clips or e-clips)?

No, they're more like little horseshoes!

They're listed in the Service Notes as "G2137403R0 WASHER HALF MOON SHAPE". At least I think that's them!
