Digitech PDS 1002 low delay volume

I picked up a PDS that supposedly didn't work. I wired up a 9v adapter plug and also cleaned the pots.

The delay signal works but the overall output of the pedal and the delay signal in particular is lower than the bypass output/volume.

I marked the trim pots with a marker - incase the current position is the stock position - and then fiddled with them but that didn't help.

The repeat function works but having the feedback/regan all the way up does nothing.

Any troubleshooting tips?

Not enough information to help much, Beedoola.  Can you post a schematic?

It could be that there is a boost stage after the delay that is dead?

It could be a few things, and without a schematic we can only take wild guesses....sorry.

re-seat the chips in it. they often get a micro layer of corrosion that will kill them dead.
i've brought several back from the shades by doing so.

next thing i'd check would be the electros in the problem area. odds are one or all are bad.

easier with a schematic, but without you should be able to get it sussed out since it's mostly working.

i routinely replace every single electro cap on anything old i aquire. i figure there's no sense NOT to.

good luck!!

Thanks. I'll try reseating the chips. Here is a board shot - Not the board in my pedal, this is from online. Here is a download link to the schematic:
